# Maintenance & Fault Reporting — User Guide

## 1. Getting Started
- Open the application in your browser.
- All data is saved locally (offline) in your browser.

## 2. Dashboard Overview
- The Dashboard displays all reported faults and their statuses.
- Use the search bar and filters to find specific tickets.
- Stats for total, open, in progress, and resolved tickets are shown at the top.

## 3. Reporting a Fault
- Click the "Report Fault" tab.
- Fill in the required fields (Title, Equipment).
- Optionally add location, category, severity, team, reporter, due date, description, and an image.
- Click "Submit Ticket" to add the fault to the system.

## 4. Managing Tickets
- On the Dashboard, click "Open" to view ticket details.
- Update status, assign to a team, or add notes in the ticket drawer.
- Delete tickets if needed (irreversible).

## 5. Customizing Lists
- In the Report Fault section, add new teams or equipment using the "Customize Lists" area.
- These will appear in the form pickers for future tickets.

## 6. Exporting & Importing Data
- Use the "Export CSV" or "Export JSON" buttons to download your tickets.
- Use the "Import JSON" button to load tickets from a file (overwrites current data).

## 7. Contact & Outbox
- Use the "Contact" tab to send messages or feedback.
- Messages are saved to an offline outbox.
- When online, click "Send Now" to email your message.
- View sent and unsent messages in the Outbox section.

## 8. FAQ
**Q: Is my data safe?**  
A: All data is stored locally in your browser. Export regularly for backup.

**Q: Can I use this offline?**  
A: Yes! All features work offline. Internet is only needed to send messages via email.

**Q: How do I reset everything?**  
A: Clear your browser's local storage to remove all data.
