🚀 Getting Started
This offline-first maintenance and fault reporting application lets you track equipment issues, assign tasks, and manage repairs—all without an internet connection. Your data is automatically saved to your device.
📊 Dashboard
The Dashboard is your main hub for viewing all fault tickets and maintenance tasks.
Key Features:
- Search: Find tickets by title, equipment name, reference number, location, or reporter
- Filter by Status: View Open, In Progress, Resolved, or Closed tickets
- Filter by Severity: Focus on Low, Medium, High, or Critical issues
- Filter by Team: See tickets assigned to specific teams
- Sort: Arrange tickets by date updated, date created, severity, status, equipment, or assigned team
- Statistics: Quick overview of Total, Open, In Progress, and Resolved tickets
- Export/Import: Download your data as CSV or JSON, or import previously saved data
📝 Report a Fault
Use this section to create new maintenance or fault tickets.
Required Fields:
- Title: A short, clear summary (e.g., "ILS localizer low power")
- Equipment: Select the equipment affected from the dropdown
Optional Fields:
- Location: Where the equipment is (e.g., "HMNIA Tower, Glide Path Hut")
- Category: Classification (Navigation, Surveillance, Power, Facilities, etc.)
- Severity: Choose Low, Medium, High, or Critical (defaults to Medium)
- Assign To (Team): Select which team should handle the fault
- Reporter: Your name or station
- Due Date: When the issue needs to be resolved
- Description: Detailed info about symptoms, steps to reproduce, measurements, thresholds, etc.
- Image: Attach a photo or screenshot for reference
Customize Lists:
Add new equipment types and teams directly from this section so they appear in future reports.
🎫 Managing Tickets
Once a ticket is created, you can update and manage it from the Dashboard.
Ticket Details:
- Status: Quickly change from Open → In Progress → Resolved → Closed
- Team Assignment: Reassign tickets to different teams as needed
- Activity Log: See a complete history of all changes and notes
- Notes & Updates: Add activity notes to document progress
- Attachment: View attached images directly in the ticket
- Delete: Remove tickets if no longer needed
💾 Data Management
Keep your data safe and backed up.
Export & Backup:
- Export CSV: Download tickets in spreadsheet format for analysis
- Export JSON: Download complete ticket data with all details and activity logs
- Import JSON: Restore data from a previously saved JSON file
Use the export buttons on the Dashboard to download your data regularly for backup purposes.
